Mighty Magnus

In honor of Magnus Carlsen's 3100 performance at the Aerosvit 2008, I'm adding his blog to my sidebar. This kid just continues to boggle my mind. How can anyone be this good at 17...

I would have been that good at 17, except I decided on basketball instead of chess.

I didn't know the lame-o NBA officials only allow humans to play; I should have been hoisting the trophy last night.

Mascot: at least chicks will dig you for being a kick-ass basketball player (get it? chicks. Ok that was lame). Not sure how much booty Magnus gets courtesy of his mad chess skillz.

Totally agree on the lame-o NBA officials though, what's with that humans-only crap.
